JOB POSTING: Middle/High School Vocational Agriculture Teacher SUMMARY: Miller City-New Cleveland Local School is seeking a qualified Middle/High School Vocational Agriculture Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in order to enhance our successful Agricultural Education program. The middle/high school Agricultural Education program at Miller City-New Cleveland currently includes two instructors who teach the following courses: Ag. Food & Natural Resources, Mechanical Principles, Greenhouse Management, Livestock Selection, Ag Business Management, Ag & Industrial Power, and a semester of introductory Ag education in 8th grade. Additionally, our Ag students are a part of the Miller City FFA Chapter where they have the opportunity to participate in the following enrichment activities: Supervised Agricultural Experience Program Career Development Events FFA State and National Conventions Leadership Events Chapter Program of Activities DISTRICT INFORMATION: Miller City-New Cleveland Local School is a rural school in Putnam County, Ohio with a Grades K-12 enrollment of approximately 535 students. The district has consistently ranked in the top 5% of Ohio public schools in terms of the performance index measure attached to state standardized testing including 14th overall in the State of Ohio in 2024-25.
