22-month paid Registered Apprenticeship in regenerative agriculture in the Gunnison Valley.  

This immersive program is designed for individuals who want to build a career in farming, food systems, or land stewardship. Apprentices work alongside experienced mentors and gain hands-on experience in crop production, soil health, farm business management, self-care, and more — all while earning a wage and building a professional pathway in sustainable agriculture.

This is a state-certified Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) for training as a Regenerative Farm Manager.  Our ideal candidates already know a bit about farming and want to learn to manage a farm and succeed in all aspects of running a farm business.  While the program is designed around small-scale diversified market gardens, most aspects of business and marketing are transferrable to many small-scale and mid-scale operations.
