Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at Shepherd University. Degree-seeking student. Must have reliable transportation. The site is located 2 miles off of main campus. Ability to perform light to moderate physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting produce Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and punctual Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to work early mornings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with farming, gardening, or produce handling Customer service or sales experience (especially at farmers markets) Interest in sustainable agriculture or local food systems
