Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of agricultural equipment
• Perform shop mechanic duties including welding, maintenance, and inspections
• Load and unload equipment for customers and incoming deliveries
• Assist customers with equipment purchases, parts, and warranty questions
• Manage parts inventory and handle ordering from suppliers
• Occasionally troubleshoot and service equipment in the field
• Collaborate with the fence and structure crew as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support showroom setup and online equipment listings
• Respond to calls and emails within 24 hours
• Follow up weekly on sales leads and customer inquiries
• Take lead on Pro Driver parts, suppliers, service, and delivery
• Participate in team meetings and seasonal inventory counts
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained and inspected annually
• Other duties assigned by the CEO
