PWR AG & Holmes Creek Headwaters Ranch, a local ranching / hunting operation, is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on land improvements, daily cow/calf duties, preparing and maintaining land and assisting in the breeding of game birds. This full-time position offers the chance to work mostly unsupervised, reporting directly to the Owner, with ample room for growth and expansion in pay, leadership, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operating heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, and excavators as required.
• Performing repairs and maintenance on ranch equipment.
• Heavy lifting as needed for tasks.
• Using hand tools and power tools to complete various ranch maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assisting with animal care and feeding.
• Assisting with the Cattle and Birds is going to be a main factor.
• A PASSION FOR HUNTING IS A MUST!!!
