What You'll Do:
- Provide clerical support to ranch foreman.
- Pick up mail, sort and direct to office and employees on location. Take outgoing mail to post office.
- Provide a variety of housekeeping duties and security.
- Direct preparation of records such as agenda, new hire paperwork.
- Provide part-time assistance when needed for Ranch Operations. Branding, vaccinating etc.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
