We're seeking an experienced livestock professional to help manage day to day operations for a Texas cattle operation, including a registered breeding herd, pasture care, and general ranch equipment work.

This is a hands on, highly independent role for someone who takes initiative without waiting for direction. Hours vary seasonally. There's a genuine opportunity to grow into a larger role over time for the right person.

Core duties include herd health and recordkeeping, marketing and selling animals to other ranchers and breeders, pasture and forage management, and operating and maintaining ranch equipment.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a registered or seedstock cattle operation, a track record of successfully marketing and selling livestock, strong animal health knowledge, and comfort operating tractors and related machinery. Competitive salary based on experience.
