About the opportunity Darts Biotech is launching Hayrite™, a Bacillus-based biological that kills mold and neutralizes mycotoxins in hay — the product of 20 years of R&D by two world-renowned scientists at a leading Australian university. It's EPA/FDA cleared, field-trial proven, and delivers a significantly higher ROI than existing products on the market and is validates with independent field trials. We've already signed an agreement with a major mid-west cooperative as our anchor US channel, giving you warehousing, database, and extension-officer support from day one. We're now hiring founding reps to open additional co-op and distributor accounts.

What you'll do

• Develop and convert relationships with agricultural cooperatives, wholesalers, and distributors across your US territory
• Introduce Hayrite as a high-margin addition to existing feed, animal-health, and forage lines
• Leverage our science, field data, and mid-west cooperative infrastructure to close accounts quickly
• Build a protected territory you own and grow

What we're looking for

• Established relationships with co-op and/or distributor buyers in the ag / animal-nutrition space
• A proven independent rep or manufacturers' agent (ideally already carrying a complementary line)
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and motivated by upside rather than a fixed salary
• US-based, with the autonomy to run a territory independently

Compensation

• Commission on all sales, supported by our >90% gross margin
