High School Agriculture Science Teacher (Principles of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources and Floral Design)

Birdville Center of Technology and Advanced Learning (CTE)

Position Overview:

The Agriculture Science Teacher is responsible for delivering TEKS-aligned instruction in Principles of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources and Floral Design. The teacher will support student development through classroom instruction, Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects, and active participation in FFA, including coaching Leadership Development Events (LDE), and Career Development Events (CDE). This position may also include responsibilities related to helping supervise livestock projects such as sheep or swine.
