Qualifications:

Operator II / Operator III positions are based in New Kent, VA. Must be able and willing to commute daily to job sites, possess a valid driver’s license. CDL preferred.

Job Summary:

Operator II / Operator III are responsible for the operation of heavy equipment, currently including:

• Bulldozer: Komatsu D51-PX24 Crawler
• Skid Steer
• Excavator

Recommended Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment with no safety incidents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equipment preventative maintenance schedule for all machines and ability to manage and track maintenance activities.
• Ability to manage and supervise multiple machines and operators ensuring safety, equipment maintenance and efficient logistics (fueling, supplies, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose basic equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Complete understanding of PPE and safety operations of heavy equipment
