Seeking experienced and dependable barn staff for a boutique youth lesson and show barn in Billerica, MA. Both morning and afternoon/evening positions are available, with the possibility of combining hours into one full-time role. Job Details & Requirements

• Part-time positions available with potential for full-time hours

• Morning shift: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–12:30 PM

• Afternoon/evening shift: Monday–Friday, approximately 2:30–6:00 PM

• Responsibilities include feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, blanketing, medications, and general horse care

• Afternoon duties include tacking/untacking lesson horses and assisting students

• Minimum 1 year of horse/barn experience required

• Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50+ lbs

• Must be comfortable recognizing changes in horses' health, behavior, and soundness
