Located in New Palestine, we are seeking a dependable, hardworking farm hand to join our team for full-time help in an hourly role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on outdoor work, operates equipment safely, and has experience operating 4-wheel drive tractors and tillage equipment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Experience operating 4-wheel drive tractors for daily field work 
• Perform tillage and ground preparation tasks 
• Follow all safety protocols and equipment best practices 
• Support general farm operations as needed 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience operating 4-wheel drive tractors 
• Ability to perform tillage work independently and efficiently 
• Strong work ethic and reliability 
• Ability to work some weekends  
• Valid driver's license 
• Must be 18 years old or older 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Ability to drive a semi 
• Knowledge of John Deere equipment
