Polries Farms in Sykeston North Dakota is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our farming operation. The ideal candidate will have expirience with row-crop equipment and day-to-day farm work, as well as the ability to work independently and handle a wide range of tasks.

Key responsibilities 

• Operate and maintain john deere equipment (tractors, combines, sprayers, etc.)
• Operate and assist with maintenance of center pivots
• Drive and maintain semis (hauling grain, equipment, etc.)
• Perform routine farm tasks including tillage, planting, harvesting, and general maintenance
• Assist with shop repairs, lubrication, and equipment inspections
• Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
• Safely lift and carry 60+ lbs as needed

Requirements

• Semi driving required
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work without constant supervision
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
