About Us

We are a family-owned turkey farm dedicated to producing high-quality poultry while maintaining excellent animal care standards. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Farm Hand to join our team and support daily farm operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Feed, water, and monitor turkeys daily
• Assist with bird health checks and report concerns
• Clean and maintain poultry houses and equipment
• Collect and manage farm records as needed
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving birds when required
• Perform general farm maintenance, repairs, mowing, and groundskeeping
• Follow all animal welfare and farm safety procedures

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Experience in farming, agriculture, livestock, or poultry production is preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
