Muscogee Staffing Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Farm Hand to join our farm. In this role, you will help with daily activities, including maintenance, planting, harvesting, and animal care. As the Farm Hand, you can follow directions and will take the initiative to get the job done in a timely manner.

Farm Hand Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and repair farm equipment, such as tractors and machinery
2. Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
3. Tend to animals such as cows, sheep, and pigs
4. Clean and maintain facilities
5. Monitor and care for livestock
6. Feed animals and provide water
7. Perform general labor duties as needed
8. Ensure safety standards are followed

Farm Hand Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience working on a farm
3. Knowledge of agricultural practices
4. Able to lift heavy objects
5. Able to work in all weather conditions
6. Able to work long hours
7. Strong communication and organizational skills
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Environment:

Outside weather, loud noise, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, vibration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
