Position Overview

As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate application of fertilizers and chemicals to fields throughout the growing season. You’ll operate assigned equipment, follow established procedures, and maintain clear communication with your manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in structured training to learn about product benefits and application methods.

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides carefully and precisely, following all safety protocols.

• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safety and performance.

• Communicate proactively with the location manager about operations and maintenance needs.

• Support facility upkeep and team operations when not in the field.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Clean driving record required.
• Applicator’s License/CDL preferred—or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with ag equipment is a plus, but not required.
