Couple Opportunity at a Mountain Christmas Tree Farm– Glenville, NC

Are you a hardworking couple looking for a lifestyle change in a beautiful mountain setting?

We have a scenic Christmas tree farm in Glenville, North Carolina, which offers cool, crisp mountain air and a truly unique working environment. We are seeking a full-time couple to live and work on the farm, with each person taking on a key role in our operation.

ABOUT THE FARM
• Rolling fields of Fraser fir Christmas trees
• Mini donkeys, chickens, ducks, horses, and livestock guardian dogs
• A charming General Store featuring nostalgic candy, jams, jellies, gifts, fresh coffee, and warm cinnamon rolls

During the holiday season, we host an exciting choose-and-cut Christmas tree experience with John Deere Tractors and Amish Wagons, Hot Chocolate, Warm Apple Cider, and more.  The General Store will operate much of the year.

THE ROLES

Farm & Animal Care Position (Train Under Farm Manager)
One partner will focus on farm operations and animal care.

Requirements:
• Years of experience with soils, fertilizing, and plant care
• Ability to work long hours outdoors
• Experience operating tractors and farm equipment
• Animal care experience
• Handy, dependable, and hardworking

Retail, General Store & Animal Care Position
The other partner will help run the General Store while also assisting with animal care.

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Years of experience working in or managing a retail environment
• Willingness to assist with daily animal care
• Friendly, reliable, and organized

WHAT WE OFFER
• On-site housing for the couple
• $5,000–$6,000 per month (combined), plus upscale accommodations/housing included
