We are seeking a motivated Custom Applicator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating custom application equipment and applying crop nutrients and crop protection products to customer fields safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain custom application equipment
• Apply crop nutrients and crop protection products according to agronomic recommendations
• Maintain accurate spray records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with equipment repairs and other agronomy center duties as needed

• CDL and Custom Applicator License (or willingness to obtain; training provided)
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent customer service skills
