Silver Spur Ranches is hiring a Camp Manager at its Encampment, Wyoming location. Silver Spur is a working cattle ranch focused on livestock health, and land stewardship. Responsibilities include planning and executing grazing rotations; overseeing calving, doctoring, and herd records; managing feed, water, fencing, irrigation, and haying; operating/maintaining equipment; supervising and training hands; compliance with BLM/USFS leases and state regulations. 

5+ years ranch or livestock management; proven crew leadership; strong horsemanship and low-stress handling; knowledge of pasture management and range monitoring; irrigation (including flood), fencing, and mechanical aptitude; valid driver’s license.
