Job Title: Operations Technician
Department: Agronomy
Reports To: Branch Supervisor

Job Summary

The Agronomy Operations Technician supports the day-to-day operations of the assigned location. This role helps ensure operational efficiency, accurate inventory management, and overall facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and product quality 
• Follow safety procedures and maintain required maintenance records 
• Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment and rolling stock 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire location 
• Assist customers with questions and provide quality service 
• Fill anhydrous tanks in a safe and compliant manner 
• If applicable, assist in tire shop operations, including changing tires and lubricating equipment 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid Kansas driver’s license 

Preferred Qualifications

• CDL Class A 
• HAZMAT endorsement 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to climb heights 
• Ability to bend, twist, push, and pull 
• Ability to work in confined spaces 
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including dust, heat, and cold
