Position Overview: The Agriculture Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive agriculture curriculum that aligns with state standards and promotes hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sciences, teaching experience, and a commitment to student success. More qualifications for the job are listed below: •Develop and deliver engaging agriculture education lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. •Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in areas such as animal science, plant science, and agribusiness. •Supervise and mentor students in FFA (Future Farmers of America) activities and competitions. •Collaborate with local agricultural businesses and community partners to enhance the educational experience. •Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth. •Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. •Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and educational best practices. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to engage and inspire students in a dynamic learning environment. •Experience with FFA or similar programs is a plus.
