Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Farmworkers / Agricultural Laborers to join our team. The successful candidates will perform a wide range of duties related to crop production, equipment operation, and general farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops
• Work with bins, augers, and other agricultural equipment
• Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled equipment (including GPS-equipped machinery) for planting, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting crops such as wheat, corn, and silage
• Set up, operate, repair, and maintain irrigation systems
• Load agricultural products into trucks and transport them to market or storage facilities
• Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment
• Maintain and clean work areas, grounds, and landscaping
• Regulate and monitor environmental and growing conditions
• Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil
• Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; assist in building agricultural structures
• Manage manure by pushing into piles and preparing it for field application
• Walk fields to remove weeds and maintain crop quality

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate farm machinery
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to speak and understand English

Work Environment:

This role involves working outdoors in a farm environment and may require long hours during peak seasons.
