Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative – Waco

WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with 15 locations across Texas, including 14 stores and a corporate office. Our Waco team is looking for a high-performing sales professional who is motivated to grow market share and build long-term customer partnerships.

This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.

Position Summary
As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers in the agricultural and equipment industry. We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, understands relationship-based selling, and is comfortable working independently while representing the WCTractor brand.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory

• Build, manage, and grow long-term customer relationships

• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals

• Conduct equipment demonstrations and present solutions based on customer needs

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective customers

• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and promotions

• Prepare sales paperwork and maintain accurate customer records

• Maintain working knowledge of current inventory, new products, and industry trends

• Represent WCTractor professionally in the field and within the local community

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Associates degree
• Hay equipment knowledge/sales experience a plus
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Commitment to excellent customer service
