Position Summary As an Equipment Sales Representative at our Jasper location, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. We are looking for motivated, self-directed individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and understand the value of relationship-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales leads within the Jasper area
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and promotions
• Prepare sales paperwork and maintain accurate client records
• Stay current on inventory, new products, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Hay equipment knowledge or sales experience a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
