We represent closed fermentation manure processing systems developed by leading Japanese manufacturers, including Chubu Ecotec Co., Ltd. and Kohshin Engineering Co., Ltd..

These systems allow dairy and poultry farms to convert manure into stable organic fertilizer while reducing odor, pathogens, and environmental impact.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Professional to develop the Florida market for advanced manure processing and composting systems.

This role focuses on building relationships with:

• dairy farms
• poultry farms
• manure management companies
• composting operators
• agricultural service providers

The position is ideal for someone with experience in:

• agricultural equipment sales
• fertilizer or soil amendment sales
• composting or waste management equipment
• livestock industry services

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with livestock farms and agricultural operations
• Present closed fermentation manure processing systems
• Identify and develop sales opportunities
• Conduct farm visits and technical discussions with customers
• Coordinate with Japanese technology partners and technical teams
• Represent the company at agricultural meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Ideal Background

• Experience selling agricultural equipment, fertilizer, or farm services
• Strong network in the livestock or agricultural industry
• Comfortable visiting farms and agricultural facilities
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Ability to develop a new regional market

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with significant earning potential.

Compensation includes:

• Commission on equipment sales
• Participation in consulting and project development fees
• Long-term revenue from service agreements

Potential annual earnings: $150,000 – $300,000+ depending on performance.
