QUALIFICATION:

• Must hold a valid Kentucky Teaching Certification/Statement of Eligibility in the area stated above.
• Have the ability to implement different teaching/learning strategies to meet individual differences.
• Must have knowledge of Agriculture Occupational Skills Standards, KY Academic Standards, Career Technical Education End-of-Program Assessment (CTE EOP), and Industry certifications in agriculture.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of Career & Technical Student Organization of FFA inter curricular activities and active participation in FFA club leadership.
• Have the ability to implement job description including KY Teaching Standards.
• Willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities related to RCHS.
• Must have the ability to develop positive, professional relationships with students, teachers, administrators and parents.
• Must successfully complete all required employment forms and applications.
• Render health services as necessary after appropriate training.
