Agricultural Economics Adjunct

Huntington University is seeking an adjunct faculty member for an undergraduate course in Agricultural Economics and Policy. Successful applicants will have a master’s degree (doctorate preferred) in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Business, Economics, or a related field, related professional experience, a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and an understanding of the integration of faith and business. Faculty who mentor students and foster meaningful classroom interaction are valued. This position requires in-person teaching in the 2026 spring term.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in economics, MBA or Ph.D. degree preferred; minimum of a bachelor’s degree in ag business, economics, related field and relevant experience required
- Teaching experience or demonstrated potential for college-level teaching
- Supportive of a Christian faith environment and the University’s educational goals
Work Schedule: This is a part-time, exempt position. Teaching is on a semester-by-semester basis as University needs arise.
