Established Agricultural Construction Company is looking to add to its Field Management Team. We are seeking a Foreman/Supervisor to start immediately. Postition is FULL TIME with Overtime pay.

• The right person for this opening would have experience:
• Running large farm equipment and heavy machinery
• Mechanical capabilties and problem-solving attitude
• Experience with Project Management, Employee Management, Coaching, Training, and Development
• The ability to read maps and understand site plans including slopes, excavation points, topography, etc.
• Bilingual is a plus, though not necessary

We run all year long (we do take off Holidays*) and throughout the State of Florida and sometimes beyond. Home Office is based out of Hendry county, but don't let that dissuade you should you happen to be located in some of the surrounding counties- open to discussing what that may look like.

Must have the ability to stay out of town if needed, and weekends/overtime as needed.
