Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Account Executive to join our fast-paced creative agency serving B2B and B2C clients in sectors like agri-food, industrial, and tech. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our clients and a key liaison between cross-functional internal teams. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, love the rhythm of agency life, and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment—this could be your next great move.

Key Responsibilities

Account / Project Management:

  • Serve as the trusted voice of the client—ensuring goals and expectations are clearly understood, communicated, and met across all phases of the project.
  • Lead day-to-day project coordination: develop project briefs, timelines, and estimates, and shepherd work from kickoff through delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to assign resources and ensure seamless workflow and execution.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control—ensuring all deliverables are polished, error-free, on-brand, and delivered on-time.
  • Keep project tracking tools updated with current status and ensure timely, accurate client status reports.
  • Attend client meetings regularly and confidently communicate project updates, priorities, and next steps.
  • Build strong internal relationships with the creative team—translating client feedback into actionable direction, participating in brainstorms, and supporting the creative review process.
  • Coordinate with external partners including developers, media teams, freelancers, photographers, and production vendors.
  • Help set the stage for creative presentations—outlining objectives and giving context to support the work.

Budget & Financial Management:

  • Monitor and report on project budgets, billing progress, and financial status with clients.
  • Review reconciliation reports and flag budget discrepancies or opportunities for efficiency.
  • Track vendor costs and notify stakeholders of any changes or concerns.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of agency or marketing project management experience.
  • Experience in agriculture or a related field.
  • A passion for the food and/or agriculture industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a creative, fast-paced agency or studio setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you're a natural collaborator and problem solver.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping things moving smoothly.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, buyer journeys, and content tactics.
  • Experience working with digital marketing, web content, and development partners.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms—Teamwork experience is a plus.
