With a growing presence in domestic and international markets, we are on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Sales Agronomist to join our team in the Midwest (WI, MN, IA, IL, MI). In particular, to focus on the support and promotion of Bio-Gro's industry-leading and proprietary offerings in the bio-stimulant market.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will use your industry knowledge and customer service skills to uncover crop nutrition challenges faced by our clients and present appropriate solutions, incorporating the Bio-Gro product offering into a complete fertility program.
On an ongoing basis, you will:
- Manage your time & territory from your remote office
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with farm and retail clients
- Work with Bio-Gro's technical team to understand crop-specific challenges and present appropriate solutions
- Service & support existing customers while also seeking-out new, mutually beneficial business relationships
- Execute sales strategies to meet & exceed sales goals
- Operate within company systems for forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management
- Grow your knowledge of crop production and agronomic issues within the region
You might be a great fit for this role if you have 5+ years of sales experience, strong working knowledge of MS Delta agriculture, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed as part of a team.
