This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating equipment, working outdoors, is thoughtful about the quality of their work, and is driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with hay production and distribution duties-in the summer, this means baling hay; in the winter, this is loading and unrolling to produce additional hay.
• Demonstrate safe operation of equipment.
• Will be involved in occasional cattle duties during weaning, breeding, and general herd care.
• Possess mechanical skills for repair and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• We prefer someone with equipment experience.
• Farming/Ranching experience preferred.
• Outdoor work experience required.
• Mechanically inclined, dependable, teachable, and driven are all vital traits.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a drug test.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round position.
