Barn Manager

We are looking for someone the day to day management of 6 foxhunting horses.  The ideal candidate would be able to perform the following tasks but is not limited to:

• Capable of practical horse activities such as grooming, exercising, and general care.
• Familiar with driving a horse trailer.
• Organize the farrier schedule and vet visits as needed.
• Preparing horses for hunts with bathing, clean tack and hauling them to the hunts.
• Manage the barn space in organized and tidy manner.

In addition to having basic barn knowledge, the candidate must be proactive and self-motivated, as well as a can-do attitude and the ability to communicate well.

This position has variations in workload related to seasonal demands.

Must have a valid drivers license. Back ground check is required.
