Agronomy Research Assistant

An Agronomy Research Assistant will support the NCROC agronomy research and outreach program by engaging in research that focuses on agricultural ecosystem sustainability in the north central growing region of Minnesota. Agronomy research at NCROC encompasses multiple cropping systems and is unique in developing strategies that assist local producers to be more competitive to achieve a sustainable agricultural commodity market in Northeastern Minnesota. Main production systems include corn, soybean, small grain, and legume/grass forage. This position has responsibility of preparation, maintenance and record keeping of various research plots and overall maintenance of NCROC agronomy research facilities.

Full time, 12 month, continuing appointment.
